i just moved in here a couple weeks ago. I got a brand new renovated apartment for less than 500 bucks. the management company says they are new, and i guess that makes a difference cuz this place is pretty cool. It's really quiet and all of those druggies/jerks you are reading about below this message are not around anymore.

I hope that things have changed there. But I will not believe it untill I see it. I wish you the best of luck.. I grew up there and once you get out of your apartment and get to know the people you will proble see what everyone else is talking about, but no doubt you work most of the time so you don't get much of a chance to get out and socialize with your neighbors. I keep in contact with close friends down there and they all say it has gotten worse so again.. I wish you the best of luck. Ever wonder why it is so cheap?

This looks like a plant by the management company. The management has changed- your post is one month after mine- the management didn't change. Perhaps you are an honest reviewer who just moved it. Keep your teenage daughters away from the maintenance men who roam the grounds all the time. Don't introduce yourself to the neighbors. Look for affordable housing elsewhere- this place is a really dangerous breeding ground and the "management" turn their head so they can continue to collect your rent payment.
