Sure this is a Wonderful Place if you are a Drug Dealer under the age of 24 and like to party all hours of the night. I have lived here for 8 months now. Cops are here on an average about 3-4 times a week. I am counting the day until my lease is up. Keep your small Children AWAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

Yes there are a few Kids here. The ones you actually see outside have the mouths of Future Convicts. The Managements way of handling things is to send out notices that Im sure are just throw away by more then half the population here. Promises were made when we moved into this complex that have not been kept.

Oh yeah if you wanna sleep without loud noises and fireworks going off and waking you. Make sure all your doors and windows are closed. That might not always work.

The walls are thin. The rehab they did on this place was done by the cheapest bidder. You can't tell without living here for awhile. Yeah they look nice but once you live here you will find many things that they did on the cheap.

Oh yeah and our car was vandalized within the frist 2 months we were here. It has only gotten worse since then.

Sorry I havnt checked this in a long time.. Just got an email about some other unhappy people so came to look. I no longer live here YAAAAAY.. Last I knew as of Jan this Year Yes Kaila Was still livng here.. I dont know her family but use to babysit a family that was friends with her.

This is survivorty I am 18 now, It was such a exsperience that now in my grown age I had to reflect on just how much of a impact it had on me, Also to warn other parents the damage that just living here for a brief amount of time can cause. Honestly if you don't believe that the things said about this complex are true look at your child and ask, Is it even worth the risk. Best friend shot, sexual chomo running as a mantinence man. I am still living in california and have learned from this exsperience. It inspired me to get into a college out here I am studying criminology and crime scene investigations... I WONDER WHY ?! I am also studying on my own time how to work with troubled youths. All in all as a 18 yr old looking back these exsperiences were truely one of a kind and did alot of good in the end and DEFINATLY brought our family closer and stronger. I do hope kaila is doing well.. she'd probly be around 13 to 14 now... Hopefully things have improved.. If I have to I would come back just to instill a ring of justice to the wrongs that occur behind locked doors, and yes management was well aware, PLEASE why take the risk of it turning out to be just as all the negative comments have stated... just look at one more location ANY location... R.I.P. to Sam who was shot right across the street at the cheatu (forgive my spelling I havn't been back since) verde apartments. This place BETTER be run by new management..

Hi ariesfire36 I would like to hear a little more about the goings on there of the "WONDERFUL PANORAMA WEST APARTMENTS" OR THE new and UN-improved twin pine apartments lol.
