I am paying around 2300 dollars just to break the lease, in my eyes it is worth it. The office staff are condisending morons especially this lady named Roya(Manager), not only does she sufficiently lack intelligence she is very rude.Then to top of the surrounding drunks, drug dealers, and just plain lo-lifes, there is this gang of small children(8-13) that is relentlessly causing havoc like breaking car windows, apartment windows etc. Yeah kids can be kids but these kids are straight from down below. There is no reason at all anyone should rent here because red rocks across the street is cheaper and nicer 719
for 2bed 2bath with W/D included. If you do decide to live here just give your car away, it is just going to get trashed,stolen,broken into or you simply cant park it. These crimes are not part of a crime ring, except for stolen cars they happen a lot in the general area because it is close to sixth ave. making a quick getaway for the suspect. All the other petty anoyances are done by these wannabe gangsters (your nieghbors) that will act in the middle of the day. BE careful always lock your place(im sure you know that) my window screens have all been pulled out giving instance of attemted break in. Good luck
and tell roya somebody called her an idiot on the internet. Again, most of these "outstanding staff" reviews are fake written by the Panorama staff. Do not believe it you will certainly be dissapointed.

OMG they Changed there name.. LOL what did they Think it would bring them better tenants.. LOL .. IM soo SOO GALD im OUT OF THERE Roya is a two faced Well U know.. I hope she reads these.. COMCAP wont do Crap.. When I was there I contacted them Via Phone and Email. I never got any replys..
