Look at what a big fat government grant does for all of the residents of this place. NOTHING! Nothing at all! The only way you'll be treated well here is if you work for Comcap, The Pines, or if you re straight up part of the 'FAMILY'. Otherwise just give me the rent and get out of my face! Negligence is an understatement. Criminal would be more appropriate. I guess some people like this lifestyle. Even better I guess some people like their children to have this lifestyle. I know people who are paying and have paid as much as three times the rent just to break their lease. The really lucky ones get all of their stuff tossed out on the curb. Four times in six months I've seen evictions just in the lower two units. That should say volumes about the people that reside here and the people who run the joint. Not talking without action here. I'm considering a 950.00 hit to get out.
P.S. You ll get a better deal on cable if you just ask maintenance to splice into someone s line whose already paying for it!

I've lived here five years. Before the government got a hold of it the place was o.k. Now we have gang bangers, BED BUGS and MICE. It's a two for one deal. My children never leave the house. Last month we didn't have hot water for three weeks but still get to pay the hundred dollar heat and hot water bill. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
