This is the lowest of low places to live! We have had nothing but problems since we moved here and the only one that gives a damn is Robert, the maintanace guy, and he can only do what he is allowed. Since Febuary that we moved in we have had multiple plumbing problems including raw sewage in our tub and toilet, not to mention the actual human waste in the laundry room and hallway of the building we live in. When I called emergency maint. to get help with the plumbing, for the 6th time in less than 5 months, I got yelled at and was told that that is how it is to live in an apartment''' This to me is the slums!!! The office staff is nice when it is beneficial to them, but they are actually wolves in sheep clothing! And dont believe everything they tell you because we were told alot of things that werent true just so they could get the commision when they rented to us. The place is a pig sty!! Oh, I almost forgot about the leaky windows everytime it rains! The air conditioning does not cool the whole place down, as we were told when we moved in and I live on a bottom level so I cant open my bedroom window at night because of the drug dealers making deals outside my window!! I think that the people that live here need to contact Comcap managment and let them know what a slum this is. I know damn well that the owner of this place is a happy camper sitting in his million dollar home with his central air and not even thinking twice about what goes on around here. I dont know how he can sleep at night. I also know for a fact that Roya wouldnt live here because she has told me so. So as quoted by a lakewood police officer that I met, "RUN, DON'T WALK" and do not rent at the Pines!!!!
