My husband and I have lived here since 2005.
We originally moved in because the untis had each been totally restored just before
we applied for a lease.
Since then entire apartment complex has gone downhill.
The new maintenance staff (as rbells mentioned Panorama West switched to The Pines a while ago), are terrible. The grounds are filthy and never cleaned.
The new office staff is SO disorganized that it is incredible to me how they manage to get new renters. We, returning renters, filled out the paperwork for a new lease
in June, and, now in November, we still do not have the new lease. Every time that
we call about it they say that "they are on it" and we never hear from them.
They have entered our apartment repeatedly without notice, and when they do they track mud/dirt/whatever all over the carpet and floors.
The parking situation is ridiculas - there is never enough of it and the lot is unsafe. My husbands car has been broken into twice and our cars have been vandalized three times.
The qualtiy of the people who live here has also been allowed to plummet. The woman who just moved in below us was arrested for making meth in her apartment. The apartment next to us has EIGHT people living in a two bedroom (eight adult people). They party all night!
The new office staff is incredibly rude, and most of them don't speak english.
I would not reccomend moving in here unless you really need something cheap and don't care about trashy grounds, trashy neighbors, and rude, disorganized staff that can barely speak english.
