Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
I decided on Riata 3 years ago because of it's great location and the ammenities. I stayed at Riata because of it's helpful and friendly staff. They even sign for my packages when I'm not home! It's all the little things that they add here that makes it worth it to me.
I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to live at a GREAT place.
