I moved out in Oct 2002 after about a year. Unfortunately I signed a extension for a second year prior to the end of my first lease. I found a house for a great deal. I was charged 1000.00 to close that lease even though it never started. Now they say they cant find were my deposit went to and I have to get copies of the check's. Why are you just finding it now' My old bank which is in another state charges $20/hr of course the appt complex wont pay this so in effect they are holding my $$$ for ransom. The bank has verified the check number's and they were cashed for riata but the complex want's paper work.
Then lets get to the point of lax security. I know of about at least 50-100 car break-in's but the complex does nothing about it. One time their security was on the scene just as the kids that did it were leaving. When told it was the people in THAT CAR THERE! We were told they could not follow. Well what good are you'
The only good thing I can say is the gym is nice.
Maintanance is a joke. And they like to go through your appt when you are not home with no notification. Not a big favorite of mine.
Also if you look. HUGE turnover in staff regularly, not a good sign of a caring workplace...
