We lived here for only a year, and lived on the bottom floor and had a TERRIBLE SPIDER PROBLEM!! and when we told the staff, they did nothing and just said "OH thats gross". These spiders were not only huge but were the BIGGEST spiders I had ever seen!! WE even tried to get the staff to really take us seriously and took one of the spiders we had found in our apt and brought it to the office in a jar and they still refused to do anything. It was so nasty:( oh and another thing or two,, the whole entire time we lived there the HOT tub NEVER I mean never worked or did the steam room in the womens locker room. The hot tub may have always had water in it but it was luke warm at the most, I'd have to say that the pool was most of the time warmer than the hot tub. Also there would be people swimming in the pool in their clothes and NOt bathing suits and once or twice we went to go swimming and there were a pair of jeans at the bottom of the pool .. It was gross. and When we went to swim in the outdoor pool there was someone there who was letting their DOG swim in the pool,, YUCK,, I would not recommend this place to anyone at least not for the awfully High price that they charged.. I do have one good thing to say about the place, that The gym with weights was nice and convenient, but the Cardio machines NeVER worked ,, or maybe one of two of the 4-5 woudl work at a time.. WHAT An inconvenience :( AGHH I will not return to this conplex.
