Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
...don't live here! My husband is a police officer and we broke our lease early in part because we didn't feel safe at the Riata. They have LOTS of car thefts. The apartments themselves are okay - but you can do much better for the price and have neighbors that are safer!
