Not Nearly Enough Parking

I lived at the Venata at Belmar, a subdivision of the Riata, for one year. Maintance was fine and easily accessed. Buildings and grounds were nice. Swimming pool and hot tub are disgusting. Parking was a joke, especially at night, when a half mile hike from your car to the apartment was common. Not worth the price.
