My husband and I are currently living at the parc belmar. First thing is first, if you are thinking about moving in here STOP NOW!! We have had so many problems with these people it is not even funny.We were some of the ones that were dazzeled by the tour they give, and we signed a lease that day.BIG MISTAKE! Ever since then we have never had nice service from them once. I was actually personally harrased by the previous manager, which is one of I don't know how many managers have been in this place since we have lived here. DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU!! One manager told me not to test my legal lingo with him, thinking that since I am a woman that I would back down, unfortunalty for him it pissed me off more. Not one person in the office is worth wasting your words on. it goes in one ear and out the other. We have had numerous problems with our apartment, our washer was broken and it took ythem almost 10 days to fix it, and it broke before spin cycle and there were still clothes in it getting ruined. We have had a nasty tub for probably 6 months or more, we have put in numerous work orders in for it, because the water comes out of the tub and erodes the wall and it is all moldy and nasty. A health risk in my eyes. There are spiders in these apartments!! Quite a few. If you have small children and pets, I would defiently would not recommend this place, people have no idea apparently what a round about is becaus ethey always go the wrong way, there are almost several accidents a day, I am scared to even walk on the sidewalk in this apartment complex. PLUS the community is horrible, lots of crimes, cops. I went to let my dog out once at 8:00pm and I was yeloled at cops to go inside because they had drug dogs and they were doing a search with the dogs. Our neighbors had found a maintence guy looking in thier windows at night. And once you do get maintenance in to fix a problem which usually takes about a month. they will trash you carpet and ile and everything else why they are at it. You cannot talk to them unless you speak spanish, because half of them barly know any english. The whole place sucks, the apartments suck, they look pretty, but they will fall apart quickly the managment SUCKS!! and the Maintenice sucks, and the area in geneeral sucks!! I jhope this has helped in anyones decision, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
