We live in Parc Belmar, not Belmar Villas as the other person was talking about, but they are right next to eachother.
We love this place. Our apartment is huge and reasonably priced. We do pay pet rent (ours is $40/mo for 2 cats) which we thought was excessive, but after looking into it, we found that all the complexes around here charge that. We have a W/D in our apartment, 964sq ft, a carport, dishwasher, miscrowave, walk-in closet...all included in our $699 rent. (Also includes a gym, 5 pools...one indoor olympic size, and a ton of other such amenities at no extra charge). So the pet rent we could overlook.
Whenever we have needed maintenance, they came right away and were great. We have no major noise problems or problems with others pets. When you live in a complex with 1500 apartments, some things (like occassional noise on a Saturday night) are to be expected.
I would recommend this place and have to several people whom have also moved in and like it as well.
The one thing I will say, is that if you break your lease, they will really screw you. So if you have any inkling that that may happen, don't move in here. Other than that, it's wonderful.
