First of all I would like to state that this is all personal oppinion and before you do anything you need to check it out for your self! It truely is a wonderful place to live, when you first drive into Parc Belmar the landscaping is beautiful and it leads into the HUGE clubhouse. And in the clubhouse you have an outstanding fitness center, virtual golf room, movie theatre, olympic size swimming pool...the list continues. The maintenance staff is friendly as well is the office. I find myself constantly hanging out in the office having friendly conversations with the office staff. They truely try to relate with their residents. I would like to give you future residents a little heads up on the parking issue, in some locations there are limited parking spots and in others you will never have a problem finding a spot to park. But, over all this is a great place to live! In fact i just renewed my lease for another 14 months.
