DO NOT MOVE HERE! Plain and simple. Our apartment had one of two things, were not sure which 1) Cigarette smoke coming in through the ventilation 2) Mold. I believe it was smoke but whichever issue it was caused the whole apartment to smell horrible and made it unliveable at times. We went up to the RPM and she essentially said, "you can sue us and we'll win, so we're not going to do anything." As soon as we could get the maintenance staff to admit to smelling it they said it smelt musty (which meant mold) then the CM agreed to let us out of the lease. Some of the top issues are 1) Neighbors have asked us for weed 2) Extremely drafty; I had to line the fireplace with tin foil to stop the air from coming in and keep the windows taped year round to minimize losing all heating/cooling loss from inside 3) Someone tried to steal my car. They claim to have Courtesy Patrol but we've not seen them, EVER. You can call a number to report things but they do not "patrol" as the name suggests. If you still want to move here be sure to check out your assigned carport before signing a lease. Ours was so small that only the smallest compact car could fit in it and still be able to open the doors, and that's iffy. Their garages are also small and opening car doors is difficult there too. All wiring is so old that cable has non-stop issues. Comcast has came out numerous times and once they replaced a splitter in the wall that they said they have not used for over 20 years. Why it was still there, I don't know. It's not Comcast's fault, it's the property's. This place needs redeveloped. For all the issues this place has it should be $500/rent, but they manage to charge twice that.

Edited 9/5/06: We received our security deposit refund today. They charged us $54 for cleaning fees. We left the unit in better condition than it was when we moved in. My conclusion is that they don't turn the units. They rely on the tenants to clean the unit thoroughly and then they still charge fees for cleaning. Beware of this place. You will be scammed.
