I only lived in Parc Belmar for 6 months. Actually a lot of bad stuff happened while living here, but I did enjoy everything else.
First with the bad... I thought our rent was a little high (nearly $800 for a 1 bedroom) since the place is a little older but it was spacious. The staff wasn't that great, they always seemed a little too busy for anything. Parking I must say was awful. You get one assigned spot per apt. and you're left to fend for yourself from there. We have 2 cars and since garages were nearly $100/month we'd end up 4 buildings away because it was the only spot open. I also had my car broken into 5 times in 6 months (this is not the complex's fault, I know). Some of the residents were a little ghetto (but I know it's illegal to pick & choose who you rent to).

The good things were... The maintenance staff was awsome. They were always over the same day we called. The indoor pool was great! I've never lived anywhere with an indoor pool & hot tub, so we were there all the time. We were excited about the virtual golf, but it turned out to be not that exciting. The lake though is beautiful. I absolutly LOVED my apartment itself. I had a HUGE closet and overall my apartment was just great! Our dryer did completly break once, but they had a brand new one in the next day. Overall I enjoyed my stay here...
