Be very careful when renting here, they will try to get you on your Security Deposit. They are trying to charge us because they hired a cleaning company - 1) we were denied a walk through and therefore an opportunity to do anything they felt was missing 2)we have taken photos of how clean we left this place, and they're still saying that, because they hired a cleaning company we need to pay them. We lived there for 3 years - despite all the inconveniences (our steps were so bad the Fire Chief said he wouldn't send his guys up to help if there was a fire - so, they had to put in new stairs); what they're trying to charge us for is under the definition of 'normal wear and tear'. Think about this - we lived there with a pet for almost 4 years, and they didn't even put in new carpeting for the new tenant. They also showed us a 1Bd 2Ba, and rented us a 1Bd 1Ba but charged us for the 2Ba.
