Do not rent here. The leasing office is horrible. They will treat you very poorly. The problem is that one of the managers (----) has zero interpersonal communicating skills and makes you dread any and all business that you need to conduct in the office. His poor attitude filters down through the rest of the staff. They will also raise your rent 15% after your first lease. That is my story of Parc Belmar. Rent at your own risk. They also just installed a new parking system that is a total nightmare for your guests.
