I lived in Parc Belmar for 6 months. During those six months I experienced the worse customer service from the management team. I'd address an issue I had and they'd ------- off and ignore me. When I addressed the fact that they were blowing me off, they would treat me like I didn't have a right to be upset. EXCUSE ME! I PAY for YOUR service!

Also, the maintenance crew is not efficient what so ever. My roommates and I had a mouse problem once the spring time rolled around, and they were coming in from the field across the street. (south of the complexes)

Thank god I had a guy roommate, who wasn't afraid to set traps and kill off all the mice, plus investigate how they were getting into our unit. Maintenance only set down poison, KNOWING that I had a toy Australian Shepherd. When there is a dog in the house, you don't set down poison.

We also had a leak that was causing mold under our kitchen sink, and it took 3 weeks for them to get out to the unit in the first place. They're idiots, period.

I advise you to NOT live there.

If you must live there, keep the lease length as short as possible. Also ALWAYS keep a copy of any maintenance requests you send into the office. They always claim to have "not received" your requests.

Pet deposits are actually security deposits (should be on your lease that way, I'd think, that's how it was on mine) -- that one is probably a losing battle. Besides, you don't think you should be financially responsible for damage in your apartment? Regardless you should be paying for it, and if it comes out of a deposit, it's not like you feel the pain of writing a check. Just let it go, dude. Oh, and it's "ridiculous". Proof read much?

I never have problems with parking, then again im not lazy so if I have to walk a WHOLE block its not going to kill me.
