Not only did we have to live in this place with NO functioning clothes dryer for 3 months, no functioning diswasher for 4 months, carpet that had to be fixed 3 times and a stove that eventually was replaced after months of blue sparks flying out of the burners when you turned it on and an oven handle that popped off spontaneously, but they charged us for "carpet repair" when they were initially scheduled to remodel the entire unit. We didn't cause any damage, but cleaning was required when we left (I imagine that was due to the extremely low quality of carpeting they used in the first place - I had to have it cleaned 3 times during the 18 months I lived there and that was just from normal everyday use). To top it off, we received HORRIBLE customer service from the leasing office and when it snowed three feet, there was NO SNOW REMOVAL. I have damage to my car from sliding around the parking lot and trying to get OUT of my garage. This place is a hellhole - I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! Thank God we got out of there and bought a place of our own! Best of luck to anyone who lives there now - don't expect your deposit back and if you have anything malfunctioning, might as well get a "Fix It 101 for Dummies" book and try to get it done yourself!
