I would not recomend this place to anyone. Yes some of the amenities are nice and you wont find them at other places but the customer service is enough to make you run the other direction. Not only was I spoken to extreamly rudly nore than once by i believe the office a manager but we have had problem after problem with our place. When we moved in last August our Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer were not working. it took almost a month for them to come out and take care of the appliances. The carpet was pulling apart at the seems and over the year that we have been here has only gotten worse. we reported the carpet issue again about a month ago and we have not hear or seen anyone out here yet. In addition to that our replacement dryer is now burning our clothes which we also reported big suprise they havent taken care of that either. Also if you ever get packages dodnt have them send it here. The leasing office takes it uppon themselves to sign for the packages which is fine and appreciated yet they wont notify you when you have a packeg until it has been there for a minimum of 2 weeks. i was told that they dont neeed to accept packages for me and that they will stop. Um yeah dont think they can do that just because we live in an apartment doesnt mean we can get packages or shouldnt be notified. Besides I never gave them permision to sign for my packages in the first place. This place is terrible stay away...........

Actually, by signing the lease, you're agreeing to the acceptance of pacakges as a COURTESY. And it's not their job to notify you, it's the job of USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. If you're not being notified, it's the delivery person's fault, not the office's. With all the apartments they have, and all the residents... you think they have time to call you about your package? Be an adult and TRACK your packages. If not... just have them sent to your place of business. Jesus.

I agree with you, normally you read a lease and it states it very clearly in there as a Courtesy, try reading it once. I am not harping, but I get these emails every time someone posts something so I figure I will read what others have to say. One comment I always have with sites like this is that only the people with issues comment. There are hunderds upon hunderds of people who live there and very few comments even over the year, but the ones are bad because people want to vent.
