I will have to say that I was really excited when we rented the loft apartment here and the office staff was very nice when we first met them. They held our apt. for us sight unseen as we were moving from St. Louis. At first everything was okay, but I agree parking sucks here. There were no carport or anything open to rent anywhere near our apt either. We had issues with that everytime we turned off the kitchen light it turned off all of the appliance as well, some bad wiring job. Our up stairs bath leaked for weeks before they actually came to fix it. Needless to say they never took the extra water charges off our bill.

The kicker is that after only a few months we once again relocated to a new city. After filling out all the paperwork to break the lease and turning in the keys, they told us to wait for a final bill that would come in a few weeks. About 4 months later we got a letter stating that we were being sue for right under $8000. They said that we were evicted and that we never returned they keys. They also charged us for the walls we painted after they told us not to repaint cause they changed coprt. colors and our apt was being updated. Just 4 months ago we settled with them for the charges that we did owe for breaking the lease which about 2500. The day after that they reported the charge to collects as a paid in full charge. Needless to say now I am fighting with them to have the collection account removed from my credit report. Really makes me mad that we did everything they asked us too, and then all of our paperwork just got up and left. They dont even care that they mess up people's lives due to their own mistakes.


NEVER NEVER NEVER live her or rent anything they own. They are just a money hungry company, that sues everyone they can.
