I have lived here for 8 months and found it to be the worst renting experience of my life. When we first moved in none of the registers for the furnace were hooked to the vents so its just blew hot air around in the ducts. The craftsmen ship is shoty at best using cheap materials that look posh but are of the cheapest quality Ive ever seen. The parking is a joke, not only is their not enough but they want you to check in guests so they don't have tow them. It has gotten better now that most of the apartments are empty though. Then I got a dog and within a week they were accusing me of swindling them out of pet rent for the entire time I had lived here, I got her 6 months after moving in. They also demanded $200.00 refundable deposit and a $200.00 nonrefundable deposit, when I asked what the nonrefundable was for, being that they have no pet amenities they just said thats the going rate. When I looked into this most places are $100.00 and $100.00. Demanding money and threatening someone for none payment and providing no service, is ex torsion. Then a few months later my roommate forgot the rent for a couple days and they tried to evict us... after 9 days. The whole situation cost nearley $1900.00 to fix with legal fees and late fees. The management refuses to speak with you and has the girls up front do their bidding. They don't keep the grounds up, accuse their tenants of things without speaking with them first and expect you to narc on the people who don't pick up after their dogs. I would suggest Park Hill or an over pass before this over priced ring of mismanaged hell.

So you're mad that they charged fees when you didn't pay rent? lol.... Not a business person I see.
