I have aggressive toxic mold that is making me very ill. They painted over it. If you have had any mold/illness issues here contact me.

I lived there in 2002-2003. When I moved out, you could see the mold in the bedroom closet. I contacted the office prior to move out and was told that they would paint over it to take care of the mold. The building was the first one on the right as you enter the complex, right across from the mailboxes. I am surprised you have lived there for so long. Maintenance is slow and sucks, office staff don't care about your issues, parking is pretty non-existant, too much noise from inconsiderate neighbors, no insulation between apartments (walls and apartments above/below), you can even hear people using the toilet when you are in your bathroom. Do yourself a favor and move into a nicer place.

I have experiensed all of the above. The pipe in the wall had previously fixed with black electric tape and leaked in the wall from the sinks above, bleck. It is horrid here now,they want the increases but actully do not fix things. I begged them not to paint over it I was deathly ill in natl jewish with pnemonia,nope they painted over it and told me to be happy it was pretty now, and I was ungreatful for asking for the vents to be cleaned. I have since found out if it is not visiable nothing can be done. I called around for a hotel, one woman was put up for 3.5 months while they fixed her mold.I wouldnt mind if they didnt fix a minor thing, but harming someone's health is not cool. thanks for the reply.Something will be done here. I am moving, running for my life.
