The apartment complex is located just two blocks from Colfax Avenue but it is surprisingly quiet. A grocery store is within a 5 minute walk. The reason I moved was the loud tenant below me. The guy and his girlfriend seemed to be awake 20 hours a day and blared the TV all that time. However, I think this was the exception. All of the other people in my building seemed to go to bed early and rise early (my schedule). One other thing to keep in mind is that the furnace/AC fan in the 1 bedrooms is located right next to the bedroom so that can be rather loud although I easily got used to the noise. Never any problems with management or maintenance (never actually needed any repairs in the 5 years I lived there). Overall a good place with relatively reasonable rent.
