St Moritz Apartments

3 year resident..only because it's close to school. From: Sunflower_girl5335 Date posted: 3/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived at St. Moritz for 2 years, and just signed another 11 month lease. Most of my opinions of the complex are summarized in my reviews below, but I have had a bit of trouble. To Between my 1st and 2nd lease I got engaged and moved to a 1-bedroom from the 2 bedroom we had been sharing with a roommate, and although there was a money-saving deal for both 'lease renewal' and 'new residents' we got to take advantage of niether, since the office said that we weren't renewals because they had to write a new lease for a 1-bedroom, and we weren't new because we had lived here before. Rediculous. Also, when we moved, they moved us into one of the obviously older buildings, since the bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off, the thermostat is completely unreliable, and within the 1st month all of the hinging closet doors fell off.
