My apartment looks out over a small lake with lots of geese and ducks - very pleasant scene. The maintenance people come when you call, which is good because you call them a lot.
A problem with the boiler has caused my building to be without heat and hot water approx. 10 days this winter. Management has no plans to replace the boiler, so you never know when you wake up if you'll get a hot shower before work. I have asked 4 times for a fire extinguisher to be placed in the holder in the hall across from my door, and it never happens. Also I have asked them to replace the sod by the lake under my place since it turns into mud in the winter/spring, and blows dust in the summer. Two years - no sod.
