	My apartment looks out over a small lake with lots of geese and ducks - very pleasant scene. The maintenance people come when you call, which is good because you call them a lot. A problem with the boiler ... more

	Uncaring management. Don´t fix broken items. Waste your money on unneccessary projects. Over charged me for rent. Overcharged me for utilies raised rent by 15%. Trash everywhere. Urine in elevators. Poor quality workmanship. Major parking problem. Some rules enforced, some ... more
