Was nice at first From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   When we first moved in 4yrs ago it was really nice, until Equity Apts took over from Fairfield. The complex rapidly declined under the new managers. Multiple break-ins, assaults,and general drunken behavior is now the rule most nights. The manager, Tracie couldnt care less, as she doesn't have to live there. There are better places on the west side to rent, I incourage you to not waste your time with this place.
