	Management could care less about their tenants and refuse to work with anyone on anything. Repairs NEVER happen, NEVER receive calls back from on site managers, they could care less as well. No follow up with requests or information, cupboards ... more

	Nice semi-quiet community with a mountain lodge look. Under new management, seem to be good people, very friendly. Electricity somewhat high during winter months, but nothing is gas so it evens out.
