I really like it here.. except for the "gym" and the card operated laundry.. other than that it's a great location, the staff has always been helpful to me, no problems there. It's just three 20-something girls that run the office, they do a pretty good job. But for the price it's not bad. It's pretty close to Bear Creek Lake Park and Green Mountain, which are both great places to run/bike/hike/horseback ride.. It's my first apartment, it's quiet where I'm at. I like it.

You haven't lived there long enough. I liked it when I first moved here from out of state. Now if you're young yourself (early 20's) then you'll probably fit right in, but I'm a single mom with one kid and after about 6 months it was not the kind of community I wanted to raise my kid around!

The electricty went out in my apartment also. After talking with the girls in the office and Xcel I realzied that Xcel is the one with the problem and the Willows is getting the bad rep. If it were up to the maintenance staff the problem would have been taken care of much quicker. However I was able to get compensation from Xcel on my bill, after the office girls told me to call Xcel for an update since that was what they were doing. The problem was not only at the Willows either. There were several hundered properties that were out of electricty when we were out. I have friends and family near by and they had the same problems. When you are in an apartment you assume any problems are directly related to the management office. So the office was flooded with calls. One of the times we were out of electricty the office was too.

Yeah I totally realized that after showing up to work and seeing that the power was out there as well. and as far as Xcel goes, after a call to them I did recieve compensation on my bill. The only reason I assumed that the power outage had something to do with the apartment was the fact that only half of my place was out of power haha! As it turns out my apartment is just on two different power grids. Which is crazy but it's absolutely no fault of Willows. I stand corrected, and I'm not gonna lie.. I REALLY like this place.
