I lived at The Windsor for a year. The staff is friendly, and usually quick to respond to maintenance issues (which happen frequently due to the age of the place). Very basic amenities and older deco. Not all units are the same colors, and some have been modified by other tenants and not put back in original condition--so make sure and look at the exact one they want you to live in. There are better kept and newer communiteis within a few minutes of these, that go for the same, if not lower rates. Parking for guests is very limited, and if the security gates were not working, you had to walk and leave your car out front.

We've looked and looked and can't find a townhouse community with two car garages and the rest of the amenities. Which better kept and newer communities are you talking about? I would love to go look at them, while I love the Windsor, I would like to find something closer to work, and I haven't found anything in the Denver area with the attached garages and sq. footage that they have. I thought I did over by Fox Hollow Golf Course, but while the townhomes had the attached garages, they were much smaller, and the amenities were not as nice.

Yes, please, I too would like to look at the apartments which are just as nice and cost about the same or less. I am planning on moving from out of state to the Denver area and therefore have to all of my searching online. During a recent trip to Denver, I visited three apartment complexes and absolutely adored the Windsor over the other two. If there's something I'm missing, please, do me a favor and let me know. Thanks.
