Gated community, everything includes attached garages. They have townhomes as well as apartments. It is just like a house! The staff are excellent and if maintenence is needed they are always there the same day. Incredible ammenities, 3 pools, tennis courts, park, lakes, fitness center and business center. I will live here forever!
