This complex and its staff are great. There are several choices for floor plans and therefore prices. They usually have great deals that save a great amount on rent. However, when year is up expect it to go up, like many other places. The staff is great; friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is one that cannot be fixed by the complex. Despite the classiness and price of these townhomes, there are a handful of people who live here who can be described as "hillbillies" and/or trashy. Loud music and loud cars eminate from their residences. The Windsor recommends talking to them first to before getting them involved, and personally that is not what I pay rent for. I know that others have complained to no avail. While this place is great, remember, like most places, you can't pick your neighbors!
