Ideal Rental Situtaion. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I lived at Windsor for 2 years and Only moved due to a JOb relocation. The office staff was Amazing, It was the ideal rental situtaion. Worht the money.
