Parc Belmar (formerly Riata at Bel Mar Park) 29% Recommended May 07 2008: I just recently move out of Parc Belmar apartments.... and in all honesty I have never had such a horrible experience. I've been living on my own since i was 17, so I have plenty of experience with apartment complexes. Westhills Apartment Homes 18% Recommended May 05 2008: Here is the deal, Westhills management lost all of our checks, or at least all notion of who paid and who didnt. INstead of being professional about it, they send eviction notices to EVERYONE!.. today there was literally a lineup Landing at Bear Creek 47% Recommended May 03 2008: I lived here in 2002-2003 and there was a lot to be desired, as far as I'm concerned. The maintenance guys would just come walking in to our place whenever they wanted. I damn near shot one of them during Edelweiss Apartment Homes 33% Recommended May 02 2008: I lived there for 5 years. The manager was nice at the time, but it turned iut she was srealing money. The upkeep on the place is just ok. I had problems with leaky water, which actully ruined the downstairs Windsor Apartments 80% Recommended May 01 2008: We have lived in one of the Windsor Townhomes for two past two years and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for something much nicer than the average apartment or townhome in the Denver area.
