Each unit has hardwood engineered wood flooring. Shoes can be heard clicking from tenants above you walking and pounding about their living space. Appearances are Deceiving - High Class Trailer Park - Exceptional design, great layout. However, wood frame construction does not make for a quiet and enjoyable living. Great Community - With the legal issues with the builder settled and a new Management company (MSI) coming on board, all of the negatives in previous posts have been addressed.
