I have lived in my current apartment for 5 months, and have had nothing but problems.

Firstly, there is absolutely NO insulation in these apartments. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. (i.e i can hear every step she takes, I can hear her cell phone ring, I can hear the words to the songs on her radio, I can also hear her "other" activities.) With the windows closed, I can hear(clearly) everything that goes on in the parking area below me. I actually only sleep at my apartment on the weekends because, otherwise, I don't sleep.

Secondly, the maintenance staff is quite useless. My apartment has smelled like dirty feet since I moved in, and I just gave up on asking. At one point, they had entered my apartment to fix something and when I got home that evening, my door was UNLOCKED! Talk about careless!

The office staff is rude and has absolutely no care for the concerns of their tenants. A recent project involved blacktopping the parking lots. Not a problem, just tell me when I need to move my car, right' Well, they had to postpone due to rain, and they didn't tell entire buildings that the project was rescheduled and when to move their cars (they "forgot") and some of those cars were towed at the owner's expense!!

They tell you in the lease that they are required to give "reasonable" notice before entering your apartment. I thought that "reasonable" would be like 24 hours, right'' Nope, apparently the same day is sufficient to them.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for housing.
