Like someone else stated...if you are a light sleeper, don't live here. The ceilings/floors are like paper, and you can hear EVERY footstep (and other activity!) your neighbor above you makes. I've been awakened in the wee hours many a time by my neighbors above me getting in late.

The time for renewing my lease is up, and they raised my rent by $98!! Needless to say, I'm moving. I refuse to pay $880 for a thin-ceilinged/floored apartment!!

The new Light Rail station will be opening across the street in the very near future, so I anticipate traffic flow will increase greatly in the area (and I'm sure this is why the rent was raised such a drastic amount!

The office staff is friendly and helpful. The pipe in the apartment (which was vacant at the time) burst during the extreme cold this past February, and my bathroom was flooded, along with other areas in the apartment. The maintenance staff was very good about cleaning up the water, putting fans and humidifiers in right away. They even gave me a gift certificate to thank me for my patience.

Friendly office staff aside, I would still suggest that if you can find a better complex, where you can get a good night's sleep, live there instead!
