Although the layout and size of our apartment are nice, we have been extremely disappointment with the apartment complex itself. The carpeting is so cheap that it is lifting in the corners. The windows are not sealed properly and cold air constantly comes through. Our doorbell didn't work for the first two months, and they failed to come for a repair when called. The apartment complex (the whole building) is shifting and our front door never properly locks, and they've failed to fix it completely. They also never repaired the trim around the door to keep the cold air out. Dog owners never pick up after their dogs, and there is poop lying all over the grassy areas of the apartment complex- making it hard to walk on the grass without walking in it.

We also just received notice that our rent will be increasing by more than 11% this year- more than a $150 increase. They stated that this was based on market increases. We are not renewing our lease, and recommend that others do not sign a lease here either.
