If you live here get an upper floor. I live on the first floor with an attached garage. It's a nice convience but you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, walking, music, extrodinary activities, pets. Mice are a serious problem, especially since neighbors store trash in garages. Many residents do not keep up after their dogs and at this point I will not allow my children to play outside because of so much dog waste outside.
