Up until having to put in a maintenance request this had seemed like a good place to live. However since November I have been putting in requests to get my leaking sink fixed and no one has even showed up at the apartment. Now the dishwasher isn't draining either and I've put in another request. I'm not holding my breath that anyone will even show up though.

Apparently either the complex has no maintenance crew whatsoever or a office staff that doesn't bother to hand off a request to maintenance for 2 months. I can't recommend it after this experience.
