Amli at Park Meadows

We have lived here for 5 months now and I feel that I can honestly say that this is a great place to live. Its right across from Lincoln train sta. (which my husband takes to work everyday), about a mile from a Super Target, mall, grocery store, restaurants, gas stations. Its also right at the intersection of the 470 and I-25, which make it easy and quick to get downtown and to the mountains. The staff always smile at you when you walk/drive by and all are friendly when I go into the office. The property grounds are beautiful, especially when you first come in the gates, and they are maintained well. I can't even think of a time when I've seen trash on the ground. Maintenance is always timely and professional, and if the problem doesn't get fixed the first time they come back until it does get fixed. Our linoleum was coming up a little in the kitchen in one spot, they replaced it completely (kitchen and bathrooms) with brand new updated stuff that looks just like tile! Our bedrooms are huge in our 2/2, the kitchen is also a great size for an apartment. The bathrooms both have huge garden tubs, nice counters and floors. Both bedrooms also have large walk-in closets. I can't say enough good things about this place.
I do have a couple of negative things to say though. We live in a second floor unit,(it doesn't really bother us anymore)but you can hear the garage door below us opening all the time, it literally seemed to vibrate the floor before our furniture got here but I think the furniture makes it quieter if possible' Also, our neighbor above us sounds like he is holding a soccer game at night sometimes...and I don't think they have children. Those are my only complaints, but we are the type of people that can shrug the noise off, making up stories about the neighbor above us and how a skinny little man can make so much noise! Also, the clubhouse is only open until 6 and that is kind of annoying, and sometimes we can't get important packages in time as the mailman leaves them in the office. Also...the pool isn't heated' Which is weird to me, we're in Colorado and they don't have a heated pool' They just opened it like, 2 weeks ago (I think they were repairing the concrete or something) and by the time it is actually warm enough to take our baby into, they will be closing it again!
Overall though, in everything that is really important (safety, convenience) this place is one of the nicest places I've lived -and we moved here from a $1700 apartment in Florida!
