Overall, this is a nice place to live. It is relatively quiet and well kept. Maintenance is not always done well, but then again they do offer the service guarantee which has come in handy a few times. I haven't had a problem with parking unless it's late in the evening. The gates are a joke. They either don't work, or just become a hassle when they are closed because someone can't get in and it holds up everyone at the light. Even though they advertise themselves as a gated community, they are not. We live across from the XO building and the Phoenix University and there is no fence back here at all. Other than that, everything else is nice. The neighbors are quite and keep to themselves and the apartments are very nice considering the rent. We have been renting here for almost two years, and in that time, haven't had too many issues. I would recommend it for someone looking for a cheaper place to live in the Park Meadows area without losing the quality of the community.
