After recently moving out and finding this website, I have decided to share my Autumn Chase experience.
Autumn Chase is way to big and old for the current maintenace crew. The apartments are over 20 years old and have not been well kept. For instance, mushrooms were growing on the deck joists above my unit, the bathrooms are so small that condensate forms on the ceiling and walls, and they slap a nice, thick coat of paint on the walls after every tenant moves out-- there were probably 20 coats of paint on my walls - the switch plates hardly fit on the walls anymore.
As for the staff- all I can say is STEER CLEAR. No matter what your problem is, you are always wrong. For instance, I had parked my vehicle across from the office in un-marked spaces, and I received a notice on my car saying it was in "future resident parking", however no sign was posted. After going into the office and inquiring about the parking regulations, apparently unmarked spaces are actually designates spaces and tenants are suppose to use ESP skills to know this.
Since it is the most inexpensive apartment complex in the area, neighboring tenants, in my experience, were 18 year old kids in their first apartment who really enjoyed their LOUD music and having their friends over at all hours of the night. Need I say more'
Alright, I guess I've ranted enough, just trust me and don't rent there.
