The first week my husband and I moved in, his car was broken into. Everything was stolen! There is a gate that faces the walkway beside 470, it was propped open. When the police officer suggested we let management know about it, the management told us that the residents were being locked out and that management had propped it open. I then asked what the purpose of the gates were for, if all of them are always open. They told me "nothing in the lease agreement states that there is added protection from the gates." I knew that but was treated rudely. A year and half later, that gate is still being propped open.
On to the next thing, last summer we were told numerous times that our dog barked during the day. I myself had made an effort to stand and listen before work, at lunch, and before I got home, no barking. I then asked our neighbors if they could hear him, not a peep they said. So we kept our windows shut, just in case, and our poor dog cooked, because our AC didn't work well, i.e. windows let hot air in. We soon found out that the dog above this resident was the one barking, not our dog. Management harassed us without even knowing who's dog it was!!!
All of the drains drain very slowly if at all. We were told not to put anything down the garbage disposal, which doesn't make sense, and our dishwasher does not work.
This place has been the worst place that I or my husband have ever lived in, the price or the square footage does not compensate for the horror that we have found ourselves in.
The only good thing is the pool, although it is pretty small.
