My husband and I moved in I soon was preganant, But as winter came around, and we turned on the furnace I began to become really sick. turns out they had not changed the filters in the furnace, or maintained the furnace since it was installed 20 years ago. Our apartment filled with carbon monoxide. Luckily we are ok! The apartments lied to us and said they had replace the filters and did every year. But xcel energy came over and inspected the furnace and said otherwise. they had to clear my apartment out and shutdown the furnace as well as informing the city of the incident. The whole time the magment acted like it was our fault. then they raised the rent 150 dollars more a month.it is the worse place I have ever lived I would highly suggest your run far away from this place if you value your health. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I find it very hard to believe that this person hated living here so much. As for not caring, the managment put this resident up in a hotel while we were correcting the issue. After everything was fixed this resident transferred to a two bedroom and stayed with us another year saying how much she loved it here. For the furnace filters they are changes twice a year during our spring and fall inspections and are changed on request with a work order.
