When I signed the lease the people were nice and courteous, but once your a resident there your treated like crap! Complained about the neighbors loud partying and they said they wrote a warning which did'nt fix anything! and then the lease comes to an end and Rent hikes up to the thousands range per month if you dont sign another lease! Not worth it! would work best if you want a 6month rental but dont sign a year! you will regret it!
