It is often hard to read between the line when reading reviews because you wonder if someone is writing for revenge. I have no bones to pick, so here is information that might be useful.

I have lived in this complex for three months now. I was attracted to The Bluffs for its wonderful floor plans, its amenities, its location to running trails, and its price. When I first moved in, I notified the staff of a number of items to be corrected. The items that needed immediate attention received immediate attention. The other items took a few weeks to correct. I was told that other apartments had more pressing issues, which worked fine with me. One thing that really surprised me was an issue with the dishwasher. It leaked a small puddle from time to time and when the replaced seal didn?t work, they replaced the entire unit with a new one. The old one worked fine with that one exception.

Neighbors around here are very quiet and the layout of the building keeps things really quiet. The only time I hear my neighbors is when someone showers or walks up the stairs. Speaking of the stairs, one unique feature of these apartments is a third floor that is only one flight up?the first floor is on the other side of the building. This is a godsend when moving in as well as when carrying up groceries.
