Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
My car was broken into one night and my stereo and CDs were stolen. The Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy who came to take my report said that there were 5 cars broken into that night and that the Bluffs were a popular place for cars being burglarized.
Other than that, we had a good experience at the Bluffs. Its nice that the trail to get to the Highline Canal trail is right there off the west side of the complex. Good for if you have a dog that needs walking. You also get great mtn views if your apartment is on that side.
